I think I expected more than Leadbot acting like Eliza out of you Cambridge folks! Just had a silly conversation with Leadbot that will have me running in terror from it next time. Most folks are trained to chat with real HUMANS on these lower right hand corner CHAT services. I wouldn't deviate from that. Look at adding Human chat when someone is available and then switch to Leadbot (no customer wants to be called a lead, maybe call it Chatbot) when no one is around. License some intelligence - Watson, Houndify, etc to answer basic stuff they can find on your website - hours, locations, pricing, jobs, etc and add a field (yes a mini-form) for a human to get back in touch with them: Cellphone, twitter, email, etc. As for the pricing - I'm assuming the numbers of leads is monthly? I would work with some of the web page creation and hosting sites to add your tools built in so the installation is painless for your customers who want chat support but know nothing about getting it installed. Drift is great, I love it. Can't wait to give the new bot a spin. FYI, the image of the lovely person on your homepage is really, and I mean really blurry. The blurriness does not complement the quality you have as a company. I think you need to fix that. Rock on with your innovations!

I'm excited about this for some of our clients, but after digging into the site a bit, I'm confused as to how LeadBot differs from DriftBot. Seems like DriftBot could do everything that LeadBot does, no?
