Could this even help counter bias, by going beyond simple keywords to infer candidate quality and fit?

100%. Keywords are limiting and require that candidates are super SEO-optimizing their resumes! Using additional context can help surface actual matching experience for candidates you otherwise may have missed!

This is really cool! Random idea but it would be cool to plug in the job requirement and have candidates selected, with subtle reasoning about why a candidate might be good. E.g. "this person doesn't have experience with backend but they're really aligned with your mission and have a strong track record of learning quickly"

yes, Dover generates sample candidates for you immediately based on your JD. They're sorted by best match vs. your criteria. Soon, we're shipping "explainers" so it's really clear why someone did or did not match!
