This is awesome, I no longer have to rely on candidates embedding the right keywords and biasing towards those that effectively SEO their resume. Can you speak more about the explainability of a query like “fintech background”?
definitely- it’s designed to solve a lot of those issues. For something like “fintech background”, AI will translate this into our sourcing engine which has a ton of filters. Our sourcing engine has mappings of which companies fit into which industries and will spit out an answer along with an explanation “candidate worked at Robinhood (fintech) for 6 years”. It’s much easier for this to be explainable than an LLM-only model.
