This looks incredible -- will definitely try this out. I like that it's explainable. My only worry about AI would be that I'd miss someone great because of some automated system, but it sounds like this accounts for that.
it's designed to help you find top candidates faster! You are the one clicking Approve & Reject. BUT you can also review every candidate, Dover doesn't automatically reject anyone. You can also set your criteria so new applicants are automatically sorted based on specific filters.
Great question! I'd actually argue that our tool will make it more likely that you won't miss someone great since we make it really efficient to look through all of your applicants! Like Katy said, you are still in full control!

hey Jesika! thanks so much, do you mean filtering only on past project experience? or using past project experience to find what you're looking for? the latter you can achieve with keywords as long as the applicant lists those past projects on their resume!
