Looks great, congrats on the launch ! I’m trying to understand the “live” feature, does the data come from running pods in k8s?
Asaf Chen
@razcodev all the data comes from the running code, ideally via the ide if you're using it locally. How do you run your code?
Lee Sheinberg
@razcodev Thanks for the support!

This looks super interesting! Many developers value the efficiency and capabilities that Hibernate offers as an Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) library for Java. Do you support Hibernate?
Shay Keren
@amir_shevat1 Yes, Digma supports insights related to Hibernate

Hello Team Digma, Firstly, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations and appreciation for the remarkable work you've done on Digma. The concept of a Continuous Feedback platform is revolutionary and much needed in the developer community. The features you've outlined are incredibly promising and I am particularly excited about the continuous detection of code anti-patterns and the IDE integration. I am a .NET enthusiast and I am eagerly looking forward to experiencing Digma's capabilities in my development environment. I believe it could significantly enhance the development process and code quality in .NET projects. May I inquire if there are any plans in the pipeline to extend Digma's support to .NET? If so, do you have an estimated timeline for when this might be available? Thank you once again for your dedication and hard work in bringing Digma to life. I am genuinely excited about the positive impact it will have on the developer community. Warmest regards, Andy

@andy_humeniuk We do support .NET and you can install our plugin on Rider, some of our team use digma plugin on Rider for our internal projects and it works fine. there are features in the plugin that are currently only supported on Idea and we will probably support them in Rider soon. you can install it just as any other plugin in Rider, or from jetbrains marketplace

@shalom_ben_zvi_kazaz1 Thank you for the prompt response! It's fantastic to hear that Digma supports .NET and can be installed on Rider. I appreciate the heads-up regarding the features currently exclusive to IntelliJ IDEA. It's reassuring to know that there are plans to extend these features to Rider in the near future. Given that a significant portion of .NET developers, including myself, prefer using Rider, this expansion would undoubtedly be highly beneficial. I will proceed to install the Digma plugin from the JetBrains Marketplace and explore its current functionalities on Rider. I am eager to delve into the continuous feedback environment that Digma offers and I am optimistic about the positive impact it will have on my coding projects. Thank you once again for your dedication to creating such an innovative platform and for extending support to the .NET community. I will be sure to share my feedback and experiences with Digma as I explore its features.

Pretty interesting approach. Not sure I understood how you get the OTel data - are you setting up the collector etc transparently or do I have to have OTel working and connect Digma to my O11y instance that is OTel based?
Shay Keren
@mirko_novakovic3 You can configure your OTEL collector by using the exporters section to send traces to Digma engine.
