Looks great! I have a question: how often do you update the database of jobs? Are the job posts always relevant?

What's the plan for people not planning to move jobs in the near future ?

@awjdean We see this as two things for people who aren't actively looking
1) a way to passively keep an eye on the market, in case the right thing pops up without having to spend much time and brain power on it / talking to recruiters.
2) We're building out a lot of Dex's coaching and lifecycle features, for instance, Dex can give you salary benchmarks based on public and proprietary data. Longer term we want to lean more into coaching overall
