Coolmuster iOS Assistant can import files like contacts, calendars and bookmarks to iDevices from computer and freely back up contacts, text messages, notes, calendars, bookmarks, music, videos, photos and books from iPhone/iPad/iPod to computer. Trial version allows you to preview files and export the first item of each file tab. If you want to export more files, you have to purchase the full version.
