AI Models Available in Brain MAX:
Brain (ClickUp’s own model, used by default for search and actions)
Claude
ChatGPT
Gemini
You can select which model you want to use for each query. There’s a dropdown menu in the Brain MAX interface that lets you pick the specific model and even the version you prefer!
Key Details:
These models do not have access to your ClickUp Workspace data; they process your queries and generate answers, but your data remains private.
Brain MAX does not allow you to log in to your personal ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude accounts, so chat history from those services is not imported.
Each model has its own strengths, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs for each task!

It streamlines my workflow and boosts productivity as well as giving me ability to instantly summarize information and generate code snippets right where I work saves me valuable time and makes my development process much more efficient.
Aside from being able to "chat with and across" ClickUp AND my other productivity tools, like Zoom and Google Cal, all in one place, I'll be honest, my favorite thing about ClickUp Brain MAX is (and don't judge me for this)... having an app on my computer for it (and not just on my phone). I don't want to open a browser tab to use AI (*cough cough* Gemini...). I want to use an app! Does that make me old?
