AI Sprawl is the silent productivity killer. Here's the story of how a very small team in our innovation labs built the antidote.
We were flipping through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, copying and pasting context as well as uploading files from our ClickUp and other apps.
Then I had a flashback to before ClickUp existed and realized it's the exact same problem we solved, but for app sprawl.

Wow I still can't believe we are ready to launch. All of this started when Zeb asked me "Hey Simon, is there any way we could use what we built for mobile and run it on desktop". This was right before Christmas and I was bored so instead of a reply I sent a prototype:
Zeb of course immediately saw the potential and had a ton of ideas how this could become the coolest and most useful AI app out there. Because of the flexibility of Flutter we had no limitations and our goal was to build next level UX. The rest is history and a lot of sleepless nights haha.

@clickup_chris That seems like a sweet deal. So for example, if I get it correctly, I can give it a sheet with a list of communities (on Facebook, LinkedIn and elsewhere) and for example ask it to type in each communities size?
Tasks like that would reduce the need for VAs substantially

@heypaus Right now, Brain MAX doesn't support uploading Excel sheets just yet, but support for that is on the way. Once it's live, you'll be able to upload a sheet and ask questions directly from it.
For now, only PDFs and images are supported as inputs. Appreciate the questions and let me know if you need anything else!

Been testing Brain Max for the past couple weeks and it is awesome! I love how it brings in the major AI models along with access to my tasks, docs, and projects in ClickUp. This was always a struggle of the "other" productivity app. I could search through my own content but always had to switch over to the AI model to work in it. Now everything is in one place! Excited to see how it evolves.
