STAY AWAY FROM CHARGEFLOW.
I tried Chargeflow.io for just one day and immediately realized it wasn’t worth it, so I deactivated my account. Shockingly, the “deactivation” is nothing more than a form you fill out, and it says it will take two days. After those two days, instead of being shut down, the system actually submitted 5 disputes on my behalf — completely empty.
I reached out to support to confirm the account was deactivated, but a week later the platform still submitted another dispute automatically within minutes of it being received. To make things worse, there is no real customer service — no one to actually fix the problem or give a clear answer.
Don’t use Chargeflow.io. You’ll have no reliable way to deactivate your account, Stripe won’t be able to help you, and you’ll be stuck with a platform that is careless, broken, and completely unsupported.

Just gave Prevent a spin, really smart take on friendly fraud. The actor-based analysis and Digital Score are way more intuitive than typical fraud tools. Super seamless Shopify setup too.
Chargeflow Prevent gives me confidence in fulfilling orders because of its risk scoring.
The automated evidence collection feature is extremely helpful.
