Tracking Personal Finances without bank sync

Maybe it's just me, but I've never been fully comfortable with syncing my bank

accounts across multiple platforms, even "read-only" access made me queasy.

I ended up just tracking everything manually on Excel or Google Sheets for years. It was

clunky but I actually liked knowing exactly what I was looking at.

Eventually I got frustrated enough with the spreadsheets so I built something to replace it.

Nothing fancy, just a cleaner way to do what I was already doing manually.

Launching it Tuesday, nervous as hell. Would love to hear from anyone else who tracks finances

the way I have been doing for years without banking sync, what's your setup?
