Used this product several times to transcribe my user-interviews, it was quite smooth experience. Nice instrument to boost discovery stage for products.

Timestamp feature is cool when your recognition isn't perfect – I use that to store and prioritize my users' feedbacks and feature-requests together with airtable.

Pros:

– Cheapest solution I've found

– Easy to use (telegram-bot is amazing!)

– Nice and powerful editor

Cons:

– Recognitions aren't perfect everytime

Transcription was great. The only problem was that, in transcribing a conversation, there was no way to know who was speaking. I've upvoted because of the transcription quality, but would be great if you could figure out how to differentiate between voices. Though, perhaps I'm spoiled! 🤤

Tried it in my daily routine - email, memos. It's a kind of magic). Great app!
