Hey Hunters! It’s Andrew Gazdecki here, founder of MicroAcquire. Today, I’m excited to announce the launch of MicroMRR: a SaaS valuation and analytics platform that combines your startup’s financials with data from 100s of closed acquisitions to estimate your valuation. It’s the first calculator to combine anonymized acquisitions data with real-time Stripe metrics (six so far, more to come) and gives you a range of valuations at which you could be MicroAcquire’d. Ah sorry for now MicroMRR is only available for Stripe users but overtime we'll be adding other integrations so stay tuned!

I was interested to the theoretical framework, to understand the formula/model/principles/factors that lead to the valuation, independently from the integration

Very cool. This question isn't specific to MicroMRR but what do you think would be the upper limit of MicroAcquire. When is a company no longer "micro"?

Good question, micro is the new macro so there's really no limits here whether you're generating 8-figures in revenue or 5-figures in revenue.
