Hey @andrewgazdecki, congratulations for MicroAcquire. Wanted to ask How will ensure the authenticity of sellers? Buyers need to be ensured that a thorough background check is done on the sellers.

@rahulvats Hey Rahul, each seller is manually verified by me before approving them onto the marketplace. Also most startups within MicroAcquire have revenue verified via Stripe, ChartMogul, or Baremetrics but I recommend doing regular due diligence on startups you may be interested in acquiring.

@jimt1277 Appreciate the support Jim! I built MicroAcquire with Google Firebase. And I completely agree! I have a thesis that we'll be seeing way more bootstrapped acquisitions than venture backed acquisitions over the next few years with the rise of the indie / maker movement. Excited to contribute to making this trend a reality for other entrepreneurs! :)

Signed up as a buyer - I know you have to manually approve, and this takes time, but it would be nice to be able to search and save for later, for example. Kind of like a 'subscribe to this entry' type facility.

I'd love to add also a feature for buyers to state the profile of business they're looking to acquire and be notified when startups are listed that meet the criteria, so you don't have to check the marketplace all the time and have new opportunities sent to your inbox.
