A little about me: I come from a full-stack development background and have been deeply involved in building products from scratch. While working with students and freshers, I kept seeing the same frustrating pattern they were skilled, applying to hundreds of jobs, but still not getting interview calls. Not because they weren t capable ... ... weren t ATS-friendly they didn t have a portfolio they had no structured way to prepare for interviews and there was no way to measure if they were actually job-ready That s what pushed me to start AIMargX
