What app do you guys use for tracking users' bugs (product defect)?

I am looking for an app/software that helps to track issues/bugs opened by users in an an efficient way. Currently using nolt but I feel like there are better options that I'm not aware of. Appreciate the help! Pierre Edit: The goal is to be able for users to submit an issue but also to be able to check out the current open tickets, so they don't submit the same issue twice.

I'll start: Our product is called Iteration X, a Project Management app and an Issue Tracker that allows you to capture issues and bugs in any live product or website in 1-click, without bothering taking screenshots and manually annotating them anymore, and then create automatically populated tickets with a screenshot or a video and all the technical information engineers need to reproduce and fix the issues. Finally a product that bridges the gap between Project managers, Designers and Developers Can't wait to read about your products PH community!

What's one tool you wish you had discovered earlier as a maker?

We all have that one tool that quietly changed how we build, ship, or market something we found way later than we should have. For me, it was a simple log monitoring tool that saved hours of debugging at 2 am.

What's yours? Could be for design, code, analytics, user research, or even project management.

Trying to discover some hidden gems the community actually uses (not just the popular ones).

As per free tools, I recommend Posthog - Mixpanel. Both of these provide insights into your product usage and user behavior to help you make data-driven decisions and improve your products. Posthog is targeted to roles closer to web development or software related backround. I've been on this platform for over 2 years, and we have to admit that the number of tools that appear here every day is truly unimaginable.
