What are some of the best free video conference apps?

Looking for the easiest, FREE online conference solution for one-time event online for under 10 people. Two roundtable participants are 70+k, experts in their fields but easily frustrated by tech. Would like users to have option to use with or without web cam. Maybe dial in if all else fails.

You can use with no registration or downloads. Guests won’t have to register to join. Just send them the room link to join in the browser. And the group video conversations: You can have video conversations with up to 8 people at once.

    Zoom

Cloud video conferencing and simple online meetings

Zoom is the greatest video conferencing tool I've used (and as a remote worker, I've used a LOT of them). They use a freemium model so if you use it a ton or have a ton of users, you'll have to start paying eventually. But I assure you, it's worth it (quality of stream, overall UX / UI, etc.).

I've been super impressed with the quality of the stream using Zoom -- only had glitches once.
