Good work on the onboarding. It is quite in-depth. There's definitely lots of feature packed in here as well with support for many channels including iOS and Android, as well as comprehensive analytics. This is a such great way to keep the barrier of entry very low while still providing access to the full GUI features for more advanced or experienced users. We came to the same conclusion when building our on-boarding conversational experience for @smoochlabs . Glad to see this technique applied to specific vertical. I enjoyed what I tried of it and looking forward to seeing it further developed.
