One of the most challenging parts of 1:1s is they can often be unstructured with no real goal, for either a manager or an individual contributor. I love that Lead Honestly tracks conversations over time. My only gripe is that the automated messages may feel less personal; 1:1 meetings are meant to be extremely personal, and having an email come from "Lead Honestly" feels less genuine than a...

This product scares me, to be honest. Personalized story feeds (twitter, facebook, yahoo, huffpo, Brietbart, etc) perpetuate bias and divide people further. If all stories in the feed represent a singular ideology, people gravitate to niche groups that that begin clashing with one another. What we're seeing in the world is akin to people falling into high school cliques: the jocks, the nerds,...

I think the product is interesting. It's really well-suited for people who are on the go, who hate that their cord gets in the way. The battery life is okay - however I don't know about the battery life comparable products. The price does seem in line with high-end headphones, and I think that the voice activation is nice. Personally, the best value of EarPods is the mic/audio control dongle....

As someone who tried Appcues and is currently using intercom for tooltips, this interface seems really exciting and, from the landing page, very intuitive. Nice job @romanzadyrako

Thanks for the hunt, Eric! We built Sprint because we saw two major challenges in the research // feedback space. 1. Product owners often build products without testing with actual users. They eschew this process because it takes time and energy to recruit, manage, and pay participants for testing. 2. Once feedback comes back, it typically sits on the shelf. Lots of feedback gets lost in...

This is easily the best email product I've seen. As someone who has a small email list of my own, Volley seems extremely intuitive. The feature I like most is that Volley seems to create a dedicated page with all my past emails. I'd love to port all the data over to my old emails into Volley so that my history can be seen there... @nceruchalu would love to talk more...

Here's a take of what real people think about the new Instagram: We asked people to rate what they thought the new redesign would be, then asked to see if the redesign lived up to expectations. A few years back, my mom had leukemia. She recovered, thankfully, but seeing her in pain at the hospital was heartbreaking. She was perpetually nauseous and many of the gifts she received were irrelevant to how she was FEELING. BraveBox would have been a really nice thing for someone to send to her.

I used to sell these as part of my subscription box business. The idea was terrific, but in practice the pencil ink didn't stick well to the paper. Oftentimes a duller note than I would have wished. Nonetheless, a fun product for bathroom note-takers.

I've never used it, but from the video, I don't think "walkie-talkie" does this product justice. I agree snapchat is no longer a messaging platform. Stories that people show are 99% of the time boring, useless, or bragging opportunities. People aren't sure how to craft cohesive stories on Snapchat. Tribe excites me. I love the concept of using my thumb to communicate, but do wish there were a...

This seems like a product that will end badly. Bullying, speculation, and saying disparaging things about the company can severely influence morale.
