I used to be a big Todoist user then dropped off for a bit. Ramble hooked me back in and it's never been easier to add Todos to my list. I have a quick button press to ramble plus and MCP connection with @Poke.com so my little assistant can remind be what I have or have not yet completed. Overall great to be back on the app.

expensive premium version (2)missing Apple Calendar integration (2)missing apple reminders integration (1)
I get the need for paid tiers but some functionalities like tagging are free on other apps.
It's super fun for kids and allows them to practice their describing skills (prompting), motor skills (coloring), and creativity! Great for parents to keep their kids busy too (and not a tablet!).
I really like that the whole code is availabel on GitHub so we can either contribute or fix things ourselves. The fact that it's free, lightweight, and just works is also great.
What needs improvement
It's not as pretty as say Alcove or NotchNook so maybe some of the design elements. But tbh, it's fine as is!
I used to use NotchNook but ran into issues, mostly that it was taking a large chunk of resources from my Computer. I was going to switch to Alcove but it was missing the Airdrop and shelf function which I use a lot. I chose TheBoringNotch because it was a) Open Source b) Had all the main features I used from NotchNook and c) Free!
Is the AirDrop file shelf reliable for transfers?
It is! I use this feature quite a lot.
Do battery and charging indicators refresh in real time?
I genuinely found Fieldy useful. I have ADHD and it helped me remember tasks I was asked to do, created to-dos from brainstorm sessions, and I was able to go back and check who I met, where, and what the discussion we had was to send a thoughtful follow up. Only reason it's not 5 stars for me is it lacks the ability to do multiple languages at the same time. Read my full review here: https://www.producthunt.com/p/ge...
Cursor was my coding buddy - I essentially PM'd the whole project while having Cursor code output and debugging. I learned code along the way and was able to fix and add things myself eventually!
Clourdflare pages let me deploy a website quick and for free to host my projects on. This is where ToS and all the other little stuff I need for launching projects live!
