We had a successful launch of our previous product and while talking to a lot of our customers, they brought us an even more challenging problem which they faced - the 'noise' and how that's leading to buyer frustration. They definitely need a way to field the pitches and set an initial qualification filter.

Wow! Interesting problem to solve. Much needed. But how are you validating the efficiency of the sales person? Wouldn't sales be keen on talking to a human than a bot?

The buyer's can define the criteria they'd want to set for the pitches they receive. The bot can help with fielding the pitches across channels. In the era of buyer-led sales, the serious sellers are happy to present their pitches to the bot.
That said, the sellers get to share more about their offering and discuss further with the buyer in the 'buyer room' post the pitch. And the parties can still have a direct conversation if they decide so.

We discovered this challenge while talking to our customers for a previous product we launched. They pointed out that this has been a much bigger challenge for them and needed urgent solutions. With the prevalence of outbound automation tools, the noise has doubled if not more.
Full support from me — It's definitely a challenge to solve when you have so many inbounds. Essentially I reply with your link and then ICP/etc it's all taken care of. Will sign up and try it out. One question: how do you ensure my privacy as a company — e.g. if i want to keep my preferences / who I buy from private? Do you also provide total stats on number of calls etc?

As for your question, the preferences are not revealed to the sellers.
Once the pitch is made, sellers get to share any collaterals in a dedicated buyer room for you to view in a consolidated space.
You'd see the segregations of the pitches as hot, warm, irrelevant. Hope you have a good experience trying out the product.
This is super interesting - haven't seen something like this before. Would be interested to know how a buyer would train their bot to screen vendors? What if it states something that I'm not really interested in? I assume my bot would learn over time? Great work!
@mukhtarmohamoud Hey Mukhtar, thanks for the support! The buyer just has to let the bot know their interests and the qualification criteria. It's tuned for fielding SaaS pitches so it has good context. Also, the bot won't 'state', it asks the vendor and gives them a fair chance to pitch about their product. Post the call it analyses the call and does the qualification based on the pitch. Yes, once we have enough data, we can recommend vendors to buyers!
