If you don't, that should be your goal for the new years. I'm having my first baby (boy) in January 2021. One of my teammates told me that if I continue the current path of "hustle until my head hurts" in 2021, I might not be able to see my baby grow up. I'm not old, but with the passing of Tony Hsieh, his advice felt more real than ever before. So, I've been spending a lot of time in the morning, creating and refining a "not-to-do list" for 2021. And it's created a clear picture of what I shouldn't pursue to maximize chance of the startup. Here's the list 1. Don't write a novel (So many ideas...) 2. Don't practice basketball (Already on a crazy plan to work out) 3. Don't try to read too many book (It's better to 100% understand a worthy book at this point) 4. Don't consume too much info. Most are garbage. What's your list?

Hi everyone! I've been working for the last three months to start my own SaaS business and finally, I made it. Just started to form a team and we're 4 now and we do not expect to grow more than 10 people for the upcoming 6-12 months. It was easy to manage everything until now with WhatsApp groups but I need a team management tool to get everything more organized. I checked a couple of tools but they seem pretty much the same. So do you have any suggestions on which tool to use? Any suggestion or comment is welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a problem maybe someone can help me with it. I'm a software developer, and I maintain a solid tech stack (UI/UX isn't great but I'm working on it). I am capable of designing, developing, and deploying an application from start to finish. The difficulty I am having is how to reach users, my distribution stack is poor, very  poor. When I google this problem and watch youtube videos, the solutions do not seem real.  It is essentially getting a bunch of fake people to attract not fake people and spam.  Product Hunt is the only place I've found that looks and feels honest where I've found tech that I'm using on a daily basis.  Do you know of more places like this where I can promote with more idea minded people to get feedback? Thanks for your help.
