This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. The company does not have a phone number for customer service but they do have a text line. That was fine in and of itself. The agents were very knowledgeable and could fix all my problems. The problem was, I was talking to them about twice a week. Sometimes my phone would just stop ringing or vibrating. Other times as soon as I would get a phone call, voicemail would immediately pick up. There were other times where I couldn’t even sign into the app because it would tell me I had the wrong login information. I have a password keeper on my phone, I know the login information was correct. Then I would hit “forgot password“ and change it. I would go to use the new password and it would tell me that one was incorrect. It was just one thing after another after another. I was seriously on a text message conversation twice a week if not possibly more sometimes just trying to keep the phone functioning. I was thrilled when I decided to spend an extra three or four dollars a month for a slightly better carrier. I’d say skip Visible. They taught that they use the same towers as Verizon. That’s great, and when I was on the phone, coverage was great. Everything else was terrible though.
I don’t know if it was just beyond riddled with glitches, but my phone was quite useless quite a lot of the time. It wouldn’t ring or vibrate, calls would go to voicemail without me even seeing that I was getting a call, and the app would just tell me I had the wrong password even though I have a password manager.
I thought it was a good idea because they use Verizon’s towers. That was great, everything else was terrible though.
