A wonderful way to ensure that you curb your habit of picking up your phone dozens of times a day. This wonderful approach allows you to keep your tech but also build healthy habits. Also, an excellent tool to create a little bit of a barrier for youth and young adults that may still need assistance. For many, just requiring the user to get a fob to touch to the phone is just what they need to think twice about what they are doing. For those who are facing more serious dependency, the fob and codes can be given to a trusted friend or parent that can help hold them responsible until they are ready. Even for the average professional who simply wants to be left alone for part of the day to concentrate, this is an amazing and refreshing way to create more contemplative and productive moments in our life. Five stars!
