Congrats on the launch, Olivier and Tim!
Turf seems like a comprehensive solution for SaaS companies looking to build strong communities.
I love the range of features you offer.
Questions:
- How customizable is the in-app widget for different branding needs?
- Do you have any plans to integrate with popular CRM tools?
Excited to see how Turf evolves!
@kyrylosilin Appreciate that! You can completely customize which channels and sections of your community you want to show in your in-app widget. For CRM integrations, we have a few pre-built that we currently enable upon request per customer. The pre-built integrations are available for every plan and will be available for self-serve in the next 3-4 weeks. Hope that helps!
@kyrylosilin this is where product hunt is all about. Thanks for the detailed questions and feedback. Would love to stay in touch and also connect on LI

Congrats on the launch! How does Turf handle user data privacy within the community platform?
@memphys_sk Thank you! We don't share user data with any 3rd parties and perform regular audits. We cover this in depth in our terms and conditions as well, so if you want to have a deeper look, it's on our website.
Hi @thisiskp_! Turf looks like an absolute game-changer for SaaS companies looking to supercharge their user engagement and retention. The all-in-one feature set is incredibly impressive and definitely sounds like a must-have tool. 😍 I'm curious, how customizable are the community widgets for different brand identities? Great job on this launch! 🚀😊
@abhra_ch Appreciate it! The in-app widget is customizable so you can select which areas, channels, and sections of your community you want to display in the widget inside your application. You can also choose to showcase every channel and section of your community of course! We are also adding the functionality for you to completely change the colors and fonts of the widget. We did design the widget to be very clean and minimal so it basically goes with every brand identity, but definitely understand the need to also customize the small things. Keep an eye out on our roadmap ;)
@virajpatel Thank you and great question! We have a clear vision for the future of community in SaaS companies and for the most part prioritize user feedback based on that.
@virajpatel have you seen/visited our own community?

Fantastic work, congrats! I loved the "product feedback and ideation use case"; product teams will appreciate having quick access to feedback from their user community.
@christian_rodriguez5 Thanks man! Definitely. Also the ability to integrate that with their existing product management tools will provide them with even quicker and easier access :)
Congratulations on being featured as a top product on Product Hunt! 🎉
