Trace tends to show up where workflows get complex. The parts of work that involve reasoning, coordination, and follow ups instead of simple triggers.
If you are using Trace, we want to hear how. What kind of workflow is it handling for you? What problem finally felt manageable once Trace was in the mix?
Congrats!

Saw this today and the human-in-loop routing made a lot of sense to me. In my projects whenever I tried to automate multi-step things end to end, there was always some edge case that broke everything. Having AI handle the repetitive parts and a human step in for the tricky calls feels like the more honest and reliable way to build this stuff.
Super cool product and team!
