@Jocky that's a nice loop, going from raw data straight to a working automation without switching tools. does the AI ever get the logic wrong on the first try for more conditional workflows, or is it reliably right once the relationships are set up correctly?
Teable
@omri_ben_shoham1 Great question. For complex conditional workflows, the AI may not always get every detail right on the first attempt—but it doesn’t simply stop and leave the failure to you. It can inspect the execution logs, identify what went wrong, and actively fix the workflow until it reaches the intended result.
And this capability keeps getting stronger as the underlying models improve. Teable continuously brings the latest, most capable models into the product as quickly as possible, while keeping pricing highly competitive.
So the real advantage isn’t pretending AI never makes mistakes. It’s giving you an agent that can understand relational context, recover from problems, and rapidly improve alongside the best models available.
congrats on the launch!
I found Teable is constantly evolving, could u please share some thoughts on who r your ICP and what are the critical moments that shaped this product to its 3.0 version. @bieber_chen @guangyu_li

Thank you! Our core users are teams whose important operations have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected SaaS tools, but whose workflows are too specific for standard software. Operations, marketing, sales, project delivery, and other data-heavy teams often feel this pain first. Teable is especially valuable when they need both the flexibility to build around their business and the governance to make that system trustworthy.
The most important lesson from the past three years—and thousands of customers—was that teams didn’t only need a better database-spreadsheet. Their data was just the foundation. They also needed apps, automations, permissions, and collaboration built around it.
AI created the next critical moment. We saw that generating another isolated app was not enough; agents needed to operate where the real data and workflows already lived. That shaped Teable 3.0 into a complete agent environment where connected data, custom apps, automations, permissions, and collaborators work together on PostgreSQL.
Our belief has remained consistent throughout: software should adapt to the work, not force teams to adapt their work to the software. Teable 3.0 is the fullest expression of that idea so far.
Teable
❌ Scattered files.
❌ Overlooked customer follow-ups.
❌ Hard-to-use legacy systems.
❌ Teams struggling to become AI-native.
Introducing Teable 3.0 — The AI Spreadsheet for Business. Teams can build 100% business-fit AI workflows and custom apps, while connecting and migrating any data into one place.
What’s new in Teable 3.0:
Connect & Migrate Anything — Move from Airtable, spreadsheets, files, and other systems into Teable. Data, table structures, attachments, and linked records can be migrated into one AI-ready workspace.
Complex task capabilities — Teable can now handle long-running tasks, such as handle dozens of Excel/CSV files at once, or PDF documents up to 100 pages.
Super Automation — Automate custom workflows that fit your business, from contract expiration reminders to weekly sales reports, Slack updates, approvals, and operational processes.
Custom Apps 100% business-fit — Build dashboards, booking pages, portals, internal tools, and business apps directly on top of your data.
Business-aware Email Agents — Generate and send personalized follow-up emails in bulk using your customer data, business context. Personal inboxes and unsubscribe links are supported.

Teable
@tehreem_fatima5 Tehreem, thanks! Teable imports the base as a whole, including table structures, linked records, attachments, lookups, and rollups, so those relationships stay connected in the new workspace. Teams can keep working without rebuilding those links manually.
V2Fun
This looks like one of those products that makes more sense the moment you imagine your own workflow inside it. I am already thinking about a customer onboarding system.
Teable
@tammytan516 You have to try it! Turn that customer onboarding idea into a working system and see how surprisingly effortless it feels. We think you’re in for a refreshingly smooth experience.
Teable
@tammytan516 Customer onboarding is a great use case 🙌 You can keep customer info, tasks, approvals, and follow-ups all in one place. Would love to see what you build!
Teable
@tammytan516 Love that this got you thinking about a real workflow right away. Customer onboarding would be a fun one to build in Teable. Let us know how it goes!
this reads less like an Airtable competitor and more like someone trying to replace Retool and Airtable at the same time. that's a much bigger yet.
Teable
@kellyops Kelly, that’s a sharp read. We’re bringing the data layer, workflows, and custom apps into one place, so teams don’t have to stitch Airtable and Retool together.
Triforce Todos
Congrats on the launch @guangyu_li
A quick question, how does Teable compare to just using Airtable + a couple of AI plugins at this point?
Teable
@guangyu_li @abod_rehman Thank you! Airtable + AI plugins can add intelligence around a table, but Teable is designed as one complete environment where data, apps, automations, permissions, collaborators, and AI agents operate together.
Product-feedback ops would be a great test case.
Teable
@alex_luan Alex, agreed. Collecting feedback, turning it into structured insights, and routing it into product workflows is a great fit for Teable.
