Hey Kamil, Insights Hub seems like a robust tool for centralizing and analyzing user feedback. How does it differentiate between actionable insights and noise in the data? Also, can it integrate with popular CRM or project management tools? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin I'll help Kamil with this one, as differentiating noise from actual insights is the thing we focused a lot during the design and beta tests phase. We help you with this on several levels: - First and foremost utilizing LLMs. We guide the system so that it focuses on actually relevant things instead of 'things' that are popular within the dataset. - We actively help users avoid garbage in, garbage out situation. For example when importing conversation data from Intercom we filter them, so that only relevant insights get into Survicate. Another good example is being deliberate about survey data we help you categorize. When chatting with Insights Assistant, it has the access to all your survey results, but when categorizing single pieces of feedback into topics and insights we focus only on survey responses that contain open-text feedback. - Finally, the UI and UX that we put a lot of effort into. We give you means to explore your feedback in a extremely efficient way, so that you can easily focus on what's relevant and quickly skip trends that are irrelevant to your inquiry. -- As for CRMs integrated with Insights Hub - HubSpot, Intercom, CRM + Zapier. Our survey solution is also integrated with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign.

Hi! I'm a UI/UX designer at Survicate and I'm soooo glad that Insights Hub will finally reach users, because we know from MANY interviews how much it is needed. Designing this product was an incredibly unique and complex journey. How to create a universal feedback hub that will be tailored to every user, every product and every company? And on top of that, we wanted to make the user experience as smooth and intuitive as possible. Here's how we did it: We introduced the loved and hated AI to automatically categorize feedback and developed a personal assistant that helps discover trends, identify pain points and generate ideas for product improvements. But we are also aware that AI will not replace many years of experience of researchers and product managers. In Survicate, its job is to help you, not dictate terms. You're still in charge and determine what Insights Hub can do for you. Dear Hunters, I can't wait to see how you use Insights Hub in your work. Hey everyone👋! Head of CS & Sales at Survicate here. Having a backstage pass to the development process of Insights Hub, I was lucky to be a beta user for the past month for my daily work. I want to share some cool features and use-cases that might be easy to miss, but I think you'll love! 💡 Every bit of feedback you feed into Insights Hub gets an automatic sentiment tag. If you are on the lookout for a tool that will automatically categorize qualitative sentiment, you've got it, and much more. Talk about versatility! 💡 You can use Insights Assistant (chat function) to analyze insights from a specific period. For instance, "What are the most common feature requests submitted in the last 90 days?" Boom! Game changer. 💡 Insights Hub can be used to keep tabs on your competition on App Store and Play Store. You can connect your competitors Google Play/App Store pages and funnel their reviews into the Hub. Go and see what’s making competitors users ick. 💡 If you are getting ready for a customer call, you can ask Insights Assistant to pull a list of feature requests or product issues from users at a specific company or domain.
