One of the best CRMs I've used. intuitive, great support, easy to control leads/follow up, etc. The support is very responsive and always tries to help.
Would be great to add aliases for emails and improve on automations/campaigns, right now they're not ideal, but I can see things are improving constantly.
Pipedrive has become an indispensable tool in my daily work. Its intuitive interface and visual sales pipeline representation make it easy to track deals at every stage. I especially appreciate the mobile app, which allows me to stay on top of all tasks and updates no matter where I am. Overall, Pipedrive excels at simplifying and structuring the sales process, which helps achieve set goals

Having a positive experience with the pipeline view, it's suitable for activity-based selling, especially with a medium high volume of leads.
Users find the insights function valuable when they can create their own dashboards.
However, collaboration is not so good due to complex visibility, and it doesn't work as smoothly as desired.
A perfect solution for Sales force and lead generation force .
For the money, I'd say PipeDrive is the best CRM. It's fairly easy to use and has a ton of flexibility to customize it to your company. Plus with Zapier integration you can do a million other things.

Works well for a team our size. Appreciate the visual reporting for a quick look at performance on the fly.
We've used Pipedrive for several years but recently they're customer support has become very poor. They suspended our account due to their own internal miscommunication regarding unusual policies about VAT and regional jurisdictions. We finally worked it out after a long back and forth which they never properly explained and did not apologize for. Communicating with them is like dealing with some kind of post-soviet bureaucracy, it really left a poor impression of any otherwise very decent product.
