Here, the latency seems impressive. I'm curious about how organic the conversations remain after people start constantly interrupting or changing topics in the middle of a conversation. While many voice agents sound smooth in demonstrations, it tends to be more difficult to maintain context in complex real discussions.

Automating complex operations is something I constantly think about when optimizing backend logic in Node.js to serve my React frontends faster. I love the focus on agentic workflows here. Does this workflow handle error retries autonomously if a third-party API endpoint fails during an operation?

Most AI tools dont have memory but this surprises me. It actually remembers past conversations ,that's something even human agents mess up. It updating the records automatically during the call means nobody needs to do manual work anymore. I'm really curious how it handles angry callers?does it know when to hand over to a human?

Been using the Peakflo AI Voice Agent for a bit now & i'm super impressed with how natural the conversations feel. No awkward pauses or weird delays, and it actually understands context without those random AI hallucinations you get elsewhere. Can’t wait to see where this goes!

This looks incredibly powerful. Congratulations to the team! How does the AI handle complex, multi-turn conversations or unexpected questions from customers?

Huge congrats to Saurabh and team, been following Peakflo since early YC days.
@ekulianova Great question! A few features that set us apart:
1. Purpose-built for finance operations — We've been building finance integrations for years at Peakflo. Our AI agents leverage these battle-tested, best-in-class integrations with:
ERP & accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
Payment infrastructure for both local and cross-border payments
Communications: SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone, wechat, Line etc
2. 2-tier memory system: maintains context within a conversation AND remembers customer history across all interactions
3. Enterprise-grade AI infrastructure:
Low latency for natural, human-like conversations
Automated feedback loops with LLM-as-judge for continuous improvement
Private cloud and on-prem deploymens
4. True omnichannel presence — Your AI agent can seamlessly switch between phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and SMS based on customer preference or workflow requirements, with full context preservation across channels.
5. Deep system access — Beyond APIs, we can interact with legacy systems via browser automation, meaning we work with your existing tools without requiring extensive technical integration.
But what is more important is that this allows us to solve problems that noone else can solve!
