Locally the same code runs on Node's built-in SQLite, so we dont have to maintain a separate prod database layer or run a db service. Alarms keep the X crawler working through its queue in the background, and a cron triggers every five minutes if an alarm is missed.

We tried the route list, the phone layout and light and dark themes in Figma first, then built from the frames. It's fast, it's in the browser, and everyone already knows it, so there was nothing to set up.
