I really like the shift from making reps update Salesforce to having the AI proactively move deals forward. One thing I'm curious about though, how do you handle deal context that's mostly happening over WhatsApp or other informal channels instead of email and calendar? That's still a big blind spot for a lot of sales teams, especially in emerging markets.
Salesforce is pouring billions into Agentforce. Aren't you worried they'll just build this?
Finally gave it a real shot with a few of our Salesforce accounts and the call summaries came out scarily accurate, no editing needed. The deal pattern alerts caught a renewal slipping I would've missed by a day.
Love how it handles the post-call cleanup without making you babysit it. The fact that it drafts the follow-up and sets the next step before you've even stood up from your desk is exactly the kind of small automation that actually changes how a rep's day feels.
the meeting recorder plus automatic field updates is a really thoughtful combo — feels like they actually watched how reps work between calls instead of just bolting AI onto Salesforce.
The pending-actions queue is the design choice I personally love! Building an autonomous agent myself, the hardest line to draw is which writes the agent commits on its own vs which wait for human review. Great launch, congrats!
