So far, so good. The kit was one of the cheapest in the market and worth checking out, even if you're just a little curious about your testosterone level. The process has been easy so far -- clear communications, which is appreciated.

I am admittedly the CEO and one of the founders, but I am also a customer. We started the company since I went through this problem myself. Objectively, I think that the service changes so many lives and that it provides a service that's very hard to get from a physician. However, I think that there are some things that we can improve on like more seamless blood collection, improved communication, and faster customer service (even though it's thorough). These are all things that we're working on in the immediate term, but until they are completed I can't honestly say we're 5 stars, but we're inching closer and closer every day. A lot of the team at Hone is treated for the same problem, and they are passionate about helping our men and their families.

Many of my friends have been talking about getting their testosterone levels checked now that we are in our mid 30's and several of them are getting treatment for low T. I tried making an appointment with my PCP, but didn't want to wait over a month. I saw an ad for Hone Health so gave it a try. I requested an at-home test kit and received it quickly. The packaging and instructions were great and it was super convenient being able to prick my finger and send a blood sample in from home. I received my results a few days later. It was easy to schedule a telehealth consult to meet with a doctor. Overall, really great experience. The patient portal was a little buggy for me, but I've already seen improvements in just a few weeks of being a customer. Pricing is transparent and clear, something that is rare in healthcare.

I've never been more proud to work for a company that is committed to helping people live better, longer lives. The team at Hone is still growing, and although hiccups flare up from time to time, having a C-suite team that jumps into the fray every day at the customer level – calling and texting with customers who need help – shows just much Hone values member support. Not a lot of companies have CEO's and COO's that will call customers directly to fix hiccups.
