Mito lets you build exactly the tests you need based on your goals: longevity, fertility, hormones, sleep, weight loss and more.
Compare across CLIA-certified labs with over 4000+ locations across the US, and see exactly what every biomarker costs, and get AI plus clinician-reviewed interpretation with prioritized next steps.

Viktor.comAn AI coworker that actually does the work
Kenneth here, co-founder of Mito (with Joel) 👋
When we started Mito three years ago, we set out to build the health partner we wished existed - one that helps you live better, for longer, with guidance you can actually trust.
Since then we've run over a million lab tests, helping people uncover hidden deficiencies, resolve stubborn symptoms, and in some cases catch serious disease early. The smartest thing you can do for your health is pay attention before you have to. But paying attention shouldn't feel confusing, expensive, or like someone is always trying to sell you something.
Today, wellness means more tests, more pills, more things to buy. Traditional healthcare is just as frustrating - you fight for a preventive test, then wait weeks for a surprise bill.
Across a million tests and thousands of conversations, the same four questions kept coming up:
1. What should I test?
2. Which results matter?
3. What should I do next?
4. Am I wasting money?
So we built the opposite. Answer a 60-second questionnaire and we'll show you which tests actually answer your question, which ones you can skip, and what each costs, upfront. Then buy just those, as close to cost as we can get them. No hidden markups.
No upsells.
We earn money one way: a simple $9/month. We earn the same whether you buy a lot, a little, or nothing at all, so our only job is to help you make a better decision, not a bigger purchase. Sometimes, the most valuable advice is knowing when not to do more.
Clearer answers. Lower costs. Guidance you can trust.
This is our first step toward unbundling health testing - labs today, supplements and prescriptions soon, priced the same way. We'd love this community's hardest questions. 🩸

How does the AI interpretation actually work in practice when results conflict with what my doctor has already told me, and does the clinician review come from someone in their network or do I need to share the report myself?
@sozbelent77500 Hey Seval! It will likely supplement and offer another point of view to what your doctor has in mind.
Most doctors today have very little time to really understand and learn about preventive health - which is a growing field. Most of medicine has been focused on treatment not prevention.
And thus, this is something that many already do with AI today - and we think that it's inevitable that there should be a combination of AI with clinicians to verify and check against the output.
The review comes from our own clinician who works alongside the AI and you can export your report in full via PDF to get the report to your PCP which is how many of our users already use our service (almost like a vault)

How does pricing work when you build a custom panel—do you pay per biomarker or is it bundled by goal category, and is the clinician review included or a separate fee?
We price per biomarker, so you only pay for the tests you actually need.
We do have a few preset panels (heart health, hormones, longevity, etc.), but they’re mainly starting points.
Most people end up customizing them based on their goals or what’s being monitored.
For example, someone starting a GLP-1 might only care about HbA1c, fasting glucose, insulin, kidney function, liver enzymes, lipids, and a CBC.
Someone optimizing testosterone would likely add total/free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH/FSH, prolactin, hematocrit, and PSA. Different goals, different biomarkers - so bundling everyone into the same panel often means paying for tests you don’t need.
The clinician review is included with your membership, so once your results are back, your personalized recommendations are too.

how does the clinician review actually work in practice, like is there a real person signing off on results or is it more of a rubber stamp on the AI interpretation?
@feride153647Great question! The AI does the heavy lifting by analyzing your biomarkers, medical history, and the latest clinical evidence to draft personalized recommendations.
The clinician then reviews that report, validates the findings, makes changes where needed, and ensures the recommendations are medically appropriate before you receive them.
We think that’s the best of both worlds: AI for speed and depth, with human clinical oversight where it matters!
Huge congratulations on the launch 🎉 The idea of letting people build a blood panel instead of forcing expensive bundles is genuinely refreshing Curious to know what insight from your users made you realize this was the right direction
@suryansh_tiwari2 hey! We see that there’s been a general transition of customers who are more nuanced and know what they need better.
Also with AI personal tools getting better people already do a ton of research on their own which allows us to help with the execution layer of completing the tests to get results back from the real world - ie labs, scans

Love that you can see the exact cost of each biomarker before committing. It feels respectful and removes that usual foggy upsell vibe you get from most health panels.
@elisisefa40769 Yeah it's huge, especially amongst the community who need to track frequently - optimizers, people who are feeling off and want answers.

Finally a health testing service that doesn't shove a giant bundle down your throat. Picking just the thyroid and hormone markers I actually cared about saved me a chunk of cash.
