Our user feedback used to be scattered across a number different places (survey tools, emails, forms, customer support chat) making it hard to use as input in the product development. With Herald we collect, sort and analyse the feedback without much effort. This enables us to make more informed decisions faster and make sure we build what our user want. Been using it for about a year now and can't image going back to a pre-Herald world! Herald has been pushing new features in rapid pace last year and the Herald team offers great support. Recommend all companies serious about customer feedback to try it out!

What I really love with Herald is how easy it is to get my colleagues to collect feedback from client, and at the same time closing the loop with reporting back when integrating with Clubhouse. Also, the founders are super agile and really listens to needs and feature requests

Bubbling up useful customer feedback...to the people that need it...when it's needed...is really, really hard. If you've ever tried to bridge the gap between customer-facing teams and product/engineering, then you know how hard this problem is. Sometimes it's in Slack, or a call recording, or a random google doc, or this other random google doc, or that deck the customer success team sent to the product team that one time, or buried in a support email. I've had the pleasure of using Herald to do this, and it's an absolute dream. Also @nilkanthjp and @jayisms are awesome to work with.

Herald is by far the easiest way to collect and organize customer feedback I could find. We've been using it for ~8 months now and are super happy with it. My favorite feature is that you can save feedback from anywhere with just ⌘+⇧+Y Great product. :-)
