@kadiran , congratulations on the launch. I tried Hepl and have couple of doubts, specific to my use case. Our customers keep raising tickets/bugs. However, the drop offs increase as soon as they have to fill a huge form in which certain fields can be pre filled. So, is there a way that we can integrate the feedback form within our system, so that PII data like name, contact info can be pre filled/skipped and i can auto detect which customer shared the feedback.

The best thing about a product like this is all the information I need is in one place. If I want to take a look back at some old feedback, I don't have to search through my email or messages to find what each client said about me. A product specifically storing and keeping information like this neat is the best time-saver. Great Product!

People like to keep track of things. Some people “jump” from series to series, others go to the theater, others choose football.
