This could be really useful for people working with music in small home studios where proper acoustic treatment isn't practical.
@dennis_porter Exactly, that's one of the main situations I had in mind when building Unboom. Proper acoustic treatment is ideal, but it's not always practical in a small or rented room. I wanted to make it easier to tame that one problematic bass note without needing to treat the entire room. Thanks for the thoughtful comment!
The fact that it only turns down problematic bass instead of boosting other frequencies sounds like a sensible approach.
