Congrats on the launch! The 22-channel fitness x readiness split is a clean abstraction. How are you guys treating the execution risk? When the system runs LinkedIn outreach or cold email from your domain, who's wearing the deliverability hit and account-suspension risk in those first few weeks while it's still figuring out what works?

@artstavenka1 Thanks! Actually we integrate with clients' domain and email infra and LinkedIn accounts, but we have all standard guardrails built into the system, so sequencing is carried out properly.
The "diagnosis to execution" framing implies the tool is actually reading your current GTM state, not just helping you build a plan from scratch. Curious what that diagnosis actually looks at: is it pulling from CRM data, call recordings, pipeline metrics, or are you mostly working from what the user tells it? The gap between "here's what's broken" and "here's a sequence of actions that fixes it" is where most GTM tools quietly hand the work back to you.

@fberrez1 That's correct, we pull data from CRM, past campaigns, ad data, website analysis, LinkedIn network, contract structure, business setup, past client testimonials, and tons of other data, to build a complete world model understanding of the business and pump it all into the data analysis pipelines.

How do you handle the cold-start problem? If a business has no historical data yet, what is the channel scoring based on? As GTM usually starts from scratch.

@kate_ramakaieva Thanks! We score on 2 angles, fitness, meaning how much a channel is in general fit to this type of business, and readiness, meaning how ready that business is on that channel.
In that cold start case, the fitness scores are there, since they are independent (almost!) from the historical data, and the readiness scores become too low, since they have done almost nothing on any notable channel.
congrats, team! honest question from me - how is this different from just prompting Claude or GPT to plan my go-to-market in a doc?

@mikhail_prasolov Very good point, answer might be a bit long:
1. We have designed a deep, data driven and formulated system (with more than 120 parameters and formulas) to score Fitness and Readiness of 22 GTM channels for your business. Fitness scores are almost independent of your business, and dependent on the industry, ICP, etc. and Readiness scores are rooted in your historical data.
A 90-day plan, on weekly basis, is generated based on the initial analysis. This plan, and analysis scores, are continuously revisited as the system executes.
Tasks are created per week, across the selected channels that will be active, and the system starts to execute them. For example, finding the leads, launching email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, posts, ads, etc.
Everything is logged, analyzed and reflected upon, for the weekly reports, re-analysis and replanning purposes.
Meanwhile, tons of industry standards, knowledge, know-how, guardrails, techniques, etc. are infused into the system.
So in summary, Elentaria is a hyper-specialized brain and operation engine for GTM, combining data analysis/mining with AI automation and long-term agentic execution loop, which is model agnostic (you can think of it as Cursor for GTM, in a world that Claude Code or Codex for GTM don't exist).

Happy launch! Is this tool also useful for pre-revenue startups? Also does it execute as well, or rather useful for planing and scoring the channels but execution is outside of the scope? Anyway, good luck today!

@davitausberlin Thanks! Indeed, it does the execution too, across all selected channels, and it can definitely fit a pre-revenue startup. Since we combine data analysis/mining with AI execution, it creates a clear, data-driven experimentation basis for the GTM and it can help a lot in validating the channels.

@abhishek_krishnan5 Of course it will consider those, how it works is that after going through the 1st audit process (available on the website) and then booking the call with a GTM expert from Elentaria, you will get the full picture, all 22 channels scored in fitness and readiness angles.
System will propose which channels to focus on, and based on the plan we select for you (Operator / Scale / Power), we will have certain number of channels available to be activated. We select them, system plans the quarter and the immediate next week, and the execution starts.
In your case, maybe cold email and ads would be scored low and excluded.
