Ass Auction is an ad network with one placement: a pair of boxers. Pay $5 or more and your logo joins the leaderboard at whatever rank your money buys. Anyone can pay more and push you down. Your total spend is your rank, so climbing back only costs the difference. The top 22 get worn on the boxers. No accounts, just a URL or @handle, and Stripe. Live click counts, a share card, an email when you get knocked down, and a gossip bar where the crowd talks.

It wrote most of the code, kept the auction rules honest across the whole codebase, and caught the kind of edge cases you only find at 2am. The playful parts, the live cursors, the gossip bar, the thing that happens when you pull the boxers down, all came out of that back and forth.

Every claim on the ass is a Stripe Checkout session, and the leaderboard only moves when the webhook says the money landed. I never built a payment form, never stored a card, and refunds and chargebacks flow straight back into the ranking. For a one-person project that takes real money from strangers, that is the whole reason it could ship in weeks.
