Ass Auction is an ad network with one placement: a pair of boxers. Pay $5 or more and your logo joins the leaderboard at whatever rank your money buys. Anyone can pay more and push you down. Your total spend is your rank, so climbing back only costs the difference. The top 22 get worn on the boxers. No accounts, just a URL or @handle, and Stripe. Live click counts, a share card, an email when you get knocked down, and a gossip bar where the crowd talks.
Hey Product Hunt. I'm the guy behind the ass.
This started as a joke about how much brands pay for attention and how little of it anyone remembers. So I built the smallest possible ad network. One placement. My boxers. You pay, your logo goes on. Someone pays more, you get pushed down. Climbing back costs the difference, not the whole thing again.
Some things I'm weirdly proud of:
- No sign up. Paste your URL or @handle and you are 30 seconds from being on the ass.
- The rank is never stored. It is recomputed from real payments every time, so nobody can fake their way onto the boxers.
- There is a chat. It is called Gossip. It is exactly what you think.
- If you pull the boxers down there is a small reward waiting. I will say no more.
It is $5 to get on the board. I would love to see your logo on there, mostly so I can send you the outbid email when someone takes your spot.
Ask me anything. Especially about the tattoo.
