The worst service ever! Within in 10 minutes of switching I had problems. I am 6 1/2 hours in on hold time trying to get my number ported back to Verizon. Whatever you do, DO NOT switch to Visible, you would be better switching to two tin cans and a string!

First of all they lie about 5G wideband it doesn't exist with visible. Verizon never gave them access to it. They're 5G is absolutely terrible. Visibles cellular network is so slow I wouldn't use it if you gave it to me for free. All you could do is talk to AI chatbots when you have a problem they have no 800 number or any way to contact them. Avoid visible like the plague that it is.

Review of Visible
This is by far the most horrible experience I had when it comes to getting a new phone line and new device. I have been struggling to get the resolution done from past 1 week and it's going NOWHERE. Almost 10 times chatting with support reps for hours and going back and fourth between Visible and Affirm I am still in limbo. Visible customer service said they have escalated the issue and someone would call me. 4 days and NADA. I am just so frustrated that I wanted to reach out to ANYONE from Visible to help me out from management but AGAIN, NO human is available on the other side. I will NEVER recommend This to anyone. Just incase if any of the visible members are reading, my case numbers are below although I know it won't matter. Support case number 03752485 New case number visible 03765929 A piece of advice to Visible is UNLESS you have fully matured support model, YOU NEED TO HAVE HUMAN TO SUPPORT. How can you expect a customer to chat for hours for god's sake.

I switched from verizon to visible. Visible has been by far the worst cell phone service provider I have ever had. The service constantly just drops or turns off. I am constantly having to turn service on and of or switch from airplane mode to service. It constantly drops service and my imessage do not send. Any messages that try to send as a text message on imessage, completely disappear when service is back up and in order. I do not think customer service is an actual human over an automated computer. Customer service has limited topics to even be able to choose from if you need help. Visible is NOT worth the added stress and irritability that you will experience from switching to them because you are trying to save money or think they might provide better service coverage. Visible is not reliable.

Very poor customer service. Account is locked for 7 days and phone stopped making/receiving calls. Repeated contact with chat help failed to resolve. They made promises to email, call, elevate to the expert team but so far not one promise has been kept. For a few days the phone worked fine but suddenly stopped and no-one has been able to help. I can't even cancel the service because my account is locked. Very frustrating and dissatisfied!

I purchased the plan yesterday. I could not use my email for the 15 day trial, so I had to purchase it. I had problems every since I started using the service. I mean, who am I joking, what service? They promise an excellent network, and being a driver who relies on network all the time, what a great surprise to see that you are lost and have no signal to get anywhere? NO SIGNAL AT ALL IN DIFFERENT PLACES IN THE SURROUNDINGS. I was stuck in traffic for about 40 minutes with no signal at all! I had to chat with a person today, lost a lot of time that I didnā€™t have to learn that if I ported out, I would lose the money I paid for a service that I was lied to, saying that it had great coverage. If I cancel before porting, I would lose my number. Either way, in the end, Iā€™d lose my number. What a hassle to get a new number because the company is only interested in our money, and they lie to achieve that. Why isnā€™t there a negative feedback on the website? There should be, because it is 4.4. It was suggested that I kept the service until the end of the month. Once again I asked what service? Thank you so much, Visible, for offering something you donā€™t have and then just take money from people. This review is also going to be posted on Google, so people really know what visible is all about: lying and stealing! Good job!

You get much less than you pay for. I switched to Verizon to Visible because of the lower cost - very bad decision. After three hours of frustration I will move to a different company. Same phone and same location where Verison did work well, Visible does not get a signal. I followed trouble-shooting instructions-badly written, not consistent, and none worked. Chat AI? It is a joke, it send me into a loop. The promise to bring in a live agent if the AI failed? A lie. No way to contact them. I will have to switch to a different company or back to Verizon and meanwhile no cell phone.
