Hey Product Hunt friends!

After 8+ years working in Product Management & Growth for companies like Google, Gopuff, and Shiji, my cofounder and I kept running into the same frustrating problem: user testing was very slow, extremely inefficient, and crazy expensive.

No matter the company size, industry or resources, it was always a nightmare… and we had to go through it dozens of times using platforms like UserTesting, Userlytics, or even our own tester pools.

When I say “nightmare” I mean it was:

❌ “Man, this is taking forever”. It could take 2–5 days just to get usable results from a user test. You had to spend hours setting up the test on the platform, recruiting testers, waiting for them to respond, and then watching long video recordings just to pull a few insights.

❌ “These testers did not care” Traditional user testing platforms often have “professional” testers who take multiple tests a day for pay. They‘ve learned to rush through tasks to finish quickly providing low quality and biased feedback.

❌ “We got an invoice for how much?” Most platforms lock you into yearly contracts starting at €10k+, and then charge extra per tester if you go over your limit.

We decided to fix all that with Uxia because the benefits of user testing should be accessible to every Product & Design team, no matter their budget or size.

Minutes, not days: Uxia uses AI and synthetic testers to deliver actionable insights in ~5 minutes, so you can iterate your product at lightning speed, no more waiting days.

Quality results: You get ready-to-go results instantly, without spending hours watching and summarizing videos. We simulate thousands of user behaviors to improve accuracy and eliminate “professional tester” bias.

Affordable: We offer a flat monthly rate with unlimited tests and users, no surprise fees or 6-figure contracts.

This means that any team can run tests at scale, iterate faster, and build products people love without burning time or money. We’ve already seen great results from early teams using Uxia to supercharge their product cycles and we keep improving the product day after day with your feedback.

…🎁BTW, to celebrate our PH launch, we’re offering the community free access for your first week - unlimited tests, unlimited users, no restrictions.

Just sign up during launch week and get one of our plans to grab it!

We’d love to hear your raw feedback! All gut reactions, questions and ideas are welcome! and see how Uxia helps you build better products.

@borja_diazroig Congrats on the launch! This is a brilliant idea to quickly see where users get stuck and optimize flows. Do you plan to create a loop that continuously collects real human testing data to refine the AI’s behavior over time? That feels like the key to staying close to messy human reality instead of just idealized patterns

Víctor Perdiguer

@borja_diazroig  @tonyabracadabra Hi Tony, Victor here from Uxia :) Actually yes, collecting real human testing data to fine tune would be great, it is one of our key long-term goals! Stay tuned because we are constantly improving our AI workflows and Uxia is only getting smarter every day!

Pooran Prasad Rajanna

@borja_diazroig this is essential for getting quick feedback

Borja DR

@pooran_prasad_rajanna thank you!! We are very happy you see the value of the tool :)

Mohsin Ali ✪

@borja_diazroig Do you think students or small teams can rely fully on AI testers or should we still do some manual tests too?

Víctor Perdiguer

@borja_diazroig  @mohsinproduct Our vision is that AI testing can be super helpful to iterate quickly on a better design/product. Getting real tester feedback can be very difficult and expensive, so Uxia helps bridge that gap for teams that do not have as many resources. A combination of the 2 where 95% of the testing feedback is AI and the other 5% is provided by real users sounds like the optimal point!

Nico Ramella

@borja_diazroig This is gold! I'm going to start using it soon for one of my clients. Well done!

Miquel Perdiguer Andrés

Hey Victor, your mom and I are very proud of you!!! You've put in a lot of work into this and it shows!!! Let's go celebrate and also please tell Borja we said hi!!!

Víctor Perdiguer

@miquel_perdiguer_andres Hahahaha love you guys, thank you, and Borja says hi! 😂😂😂

Borja DR

@miquel_perdiguer_andres  @victor_perdiguer Thank you for the family support Miguel!! :)

Talshyn Nova

@borja_diazroig @victor_perdiguer love seeing family jump into a PH launch thread 😂 This might be the most wholesome kind of product validation out there ✨

Víctor Perdiguer

@borja_diazroig  @talshyn hahaha it really is! thanks Talshyn:)

Hello guys! The coding half of Uxia here! 🫡

To be honest working on this has been amazing.

When Borja came to me with the idea, my eyes lit up. It was obvious from the start that this use case is perfect for AI. And who better to build it with? Borja and I have been best friends since we first met in kindergarten back in 1996 at just 3 years old. Look at us now!

I’m a career Technical PM myself, and switching to being a full developer has been truly enlightening. Definitely learned a thing or two on what this life is all about.

🔥 Do you guys know what was the most fun we’ve had during the implementation?

QA’ing the results from our AI workflows, fine tuning every last detail until we got results to an outstanding level of quality 🥹😎

❄️ And the least fun we’ve had during the implementation?

...well, also QA’ing the results from our AI workflows 😅😂. I may or may not have woken up my girlfriend during the hour of the wolf from the frustration on some days.

But all jokes aside, we put a lot of effort into this product. We know it will help people because it’s currently actively helping us in our respective workplaces.

Our wish building this is that it can help you out guys as well, and in turn, you help us make Uxia the best solution for user testing.

Cheers!

Congrats on the launch! Uxia’s AI-driven approach to user testing is a massive step forward—especially for teams bogged down by slow, expensive traditional tools. The focus on speed (results in ~5 mins!) and eliminating ‘professional tester bias’ is spot-on.

For designers and PMs, combining Uxia with anonymous UX research tools (like for analyzing public Instagram stories or app flows) could create a powerful feedback loop: AI-driven internal testing + real-world behavioral insights.

Excited to see how this evolves! 🚀

Hey PH fam 👋

I’m super excited to bring Uxia to the global tech & startup community today! 🎯

As someone who’s been in the product space for years, this hits a MASSIVE pain point that literally every design and product team faces but just accepts as “part of the job.”

The brutal reality of user testing:

- Takes 2-5 days to get basic insights 😴

- Costs €10k+ annually with surprise fees 💸

- “Professional testers” who rush through for quick cash 🙄

- Hours of video analysis just to extract a few insights 📹

Sound familiar? Yeah, we’ve all been there.

Enter Uxia – the AI-powered user testing platform that’s about to change everything ⚡

What blew me away:

→ Results in ~5 minutes (not days!)

→ AI + synthetic users = no more biased “professional testers”

→ Flat monthly rate, unlimited tests (goodbye surprise invoices!)

→ Ready-to-go insights without watching hours of videos

→ Perfect for teams of ANY size, not just enterprise budgets

The founding team @borja_diazroig and @victor_perdiguer comes from Google, Gopuff, and other top companies where they lived this pain daily. They’ve basically solved the user testing problem that’s been broken for years 🔧

I love how they’re democratizing user testing – finally, early-stage startups and indie makers can get the same quality insights as Fortune 500 companies without selling a kidney.

Pro tip: They’re offering free access for your first week during launch week. Unlimited tests, no restrictions. This is your chance to experience lightning-fast user testing! ⚡

The UXIA team is here all day to answer questions and hear your thoughts.

Drop your experiences with traditional user testing tools below – I know we all have horror stories! 😅

@thisiskp_ @borja_diazroig @victor_perdiguer Huge congrats on the Uxia launch – this is genuinely exciting! Your vision for validating user flows with AI and synthetic users feels like a real step forward, and I can already imagine the time and resources this could save. It's brilliant to see such innovative thinking addressing the traditional bottlenecks in user research. I'm particularly intrigued by the synthetic user aspect: how do you ensure they truly capture the diverse and sometimes unpredictable nuances of human behavior? Knowing more about the sophistication of your synthetic user models would be fantastic! What's planned for their evolution in future iterations?

Víctor Perdiguer

@thisiskp_  @borja_diazroig  @aifigureapp Hi Jimmy!

Without spilling the beans, what I can disclose is that many companies are going in the direction of fully replicating user personas with AI by giving them lots of details. Our tech thesis here is that this is not needed and is actually overkill and useless.

We leverage SoTA models with a proprietary AI pipeline that makes everything much more efficient, reducing noise and increasing signal in our user test results and insights.

Happy to chat more on the DM's if you want!

congarats :)

Borja DR

@suryansh_7 Thank you! :) Happy you liked it!

Suryansh7

@borja_diazroig yeah super excited to try it out

Adriana

Congrats on the official PH launch! I’ve been using the product, and as a PM, I can say it’s been a game-changer. Our user testing has improved dramatically, it used to be slow and costly.

Do you have plans to add support for moderated sessions or real human overlays in the future?

Víctor Perdiguer

@adriana97 Thank you so much, Adriana, for your support! We’re really glad Uxia is helping you improve how you build products. 🙂

We have a very ambitious and full roadmap, and I can share that moderated sessions and additional human testers are two features we’ve been considering. It would be great to connect and better understand your needs.

Borja DR

@adriana97 100% agree with @victor_perdiguer . I’ll reach out to you separately to better understand your needs. 🙂
Thank you so much for your feedback and for using Uxia! 💚
