I am using Tally to collect feedback, but the results are not satisfactory. I plan to try Seven24. Also, I'm thinking about using it in emails as well. Aside from including a link, I wonder if there are better ways to present it(I am not suer if it is possible to embed it directly in emails)

@bonvisions Thanks a lot for the feedback and support, Bon! 😍 It’s definitely getting harder to get people to fill out forms, which is why we wanted to offer an open format for feedback collection. I’d love to hear your thoughts on Seven24 after you try it! There are certainly better ways to incorporate it in emails — right now, you can put the Embed Button directly into your email for example, and it will appear as a button, not just a link! Now this is amazing, I love the thought put into creating the tool as well as the homepage to sell it. It shows exactly what you're getting and how it works with me having to feel confused. I don't know if you already have this use case in mind but I think this would be great for retail products. That's where a lot of reviews happen and adding a voice option to those reviews could make product reviews even better.

@dmytro_khlopkov Unfortunately I don't have anything in mind as far as specific projects. two quick ideas for you 1. make the speaker a small widget so the user can explore the page and record what they see, could be great for testing services, that's what I do for companies and I record videos as go on their sites. 2. see if you can create a Shopify plugin that can be used for reviews

Why just voice to collect feedback ? why not put option for the customer to have a custom option, maybe stars, ratings, comments or something exciting. That said, adding more feedback format options sounds like a great idea. We’re still in beta and just built our v1 product! Thanks for the ideas! We’ve written them down ✍️✍️✍️

The question page has some customization options, including: - Questions text - Business name - Promo code & Positivity Booster flow for users/customers after a positive review Styling isn’t customizable yet, but if you have a specific case in mind, let me know in the support chat!
