Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Randeep, co-founder and investor at Finden. Finden is an AI search, organization and memory tool that helps you instantly find anything you’ve ever saved or worked on, across all your drives, devices, and applications - across multiple accounts. We built it because every other solution out there focuses on business accounts and offers limited flexibility to connect multiple accounts. Most of us have many, personal, work, agency, side projects, and no real way to search across them all and keep the privacy. Personally, I was constantly switching between five Google accounts, with important docs spread across different folders. I’d lose track of things like my insurance number, tax policy, or even when a contract ended. I wanted something that didn’t just help me at work, but also in my personal life. Finden lets me keep everything connected, but still separate, with full privacy. I can even ask it questions like “when does my car insurance renew?” and it’ll find the answer instantly. No other tool is doing this in a truly integrated, user-first way. Excited to finally share this with you all and keen to hear what you think!

Both in my work and personal life I often require answers to simple questions, a figure related to revenue or productivity, or the amount spent on something last year, or when does that contract expire, etc. basically I require simple 1 line or 1 word answers. But to get these answers I had to search through drives, folders and documents or specific pages within a tool, or through a long email conversation, in order to identify and extract various data point and then I'd have to collate, correlate, contextualize them, using a variety of tools, and finally after hours an sometimes days, I would get the answer I wanted. Most, if not all, the data I deal with is sensitive and confidential so I couldn't post them into copilot, chatgpt, gemini or the like so I chose Finden instead. Once I had connected my data sources to it and the mapping was complete all I had to do was ask it the questions and I would get my answers. I didn't even have to worry about managing files and folders as Finden took care of that too so i could just get on with my day and be more productive and effective.
