Both in my work and personal life I often require answers to simple questions, a figure related to revenue or productivity, or the amount spent on something last year, or when does that contract expire, etc. basically I require simple 1 line or 1 word answers. But to get these answers I had to search through drives, folders and documents or specific pages within a tool, or through a long email conversation, in order to identify and extract various data point and then I'd have to collate, correlate, contextualize them, using a variety of tools, and finally after hours an sometimes days, I would get the answer I wanted. Most, if not all, the data I deal with is sensitive and confidential so I couldn't post them into copilot, chatgpt, gemini or the like so I chose Finden instead. Once I had connected my data sources to it and the mapping was complete all I had to do was ask it the questions and I would get my answers. I didn't even have to worry about managing files and folders as Finden took care of that too so i could just get on with my day and be more productive and effective.
