Subscription Day²
Hey Product Hunt 👋 meet Subscription Day² for iPhone
After a year of building and refining the Mac version with thousands of users, today we finally launch the full mobile experience. If you have so many subscriptions that you’ve lost track of them and hate unexpected charges, Subscription Day is built exactly for this. This is a simple and powerful subscription calendar for iOS & Mac. No clutter. Only what really matters.
Here’s what makes it different:
✨ Smart Import: Fast Import subscriptions from App Store, Notion, Google Sheets, or from any text file in any structure
📊 Clear spending insight: Monthly average, yearly forecast and peak spending months explained visually, not with spreadsheets.
🌍 Multi-Currency Support: Supports 150+ currencies with automatic conversion so everything is shown in your selected currency.
📋 Personal and Work Lists: Separate subscriptions into Personal and Work lists and track budgets and statistics independently.
🏷 Custom categories & Payment Methods: : Organize subscriptions exactly the way you prefer.
🔐 Private by design: No registration, no cloud storage, and no data collection. Everything is stored only locally on your device and in your iCloud.
The app is free with limits.
In upcoming versions there will be widgets, full iPad support, and localization into different languages. I’d be happy to hear your feedback and ideas.
Subscription Day²
@sasha_buratynskyi I built the product using the Build in Public approach from the very beginning. The features were shaped by users, and I just gave it form and design.
minimalist phone: creating folders
Does it also send allerts about renewing (so I can potentially cancel beforehand?)
Subscription Day²
@busmark_w_nika Of course. This is a basic required feature. You can also set multiple reminders so you definitely will not miss it. There is also an option to configure each subscription individually, for example receive notifications only for important or yearly subscriptions that people usually forget about 👌
minimalist phone: creating folders
@dmitriychuta Thank you for the clarification. That one is needed as some rules for apps and subscriptions are hidden behind the small text.

Congratulations on the launch! This is a really great product
I have a question, can I add subscriptions in multiple currencies?
Subscription Day²
@yana_kisnichan Thanks for the question! Yes, the app supports subscriptions in 168 currencies. If you usually work with only a few of them, you can add those currencies to your Favorites for quick selection. After you set a main currency, all subscriptions and statistics are automatically converted and displayed in that single chosen currency.
@Subscription Day², congrats on launching the product!
It is rare to come across an app that is both beautifully designed and thoughtfully tailored to users’ needs while staying clean and minimal.
I have already had a chance to try it, and I really like how easy it is to add subscriptions using just a screenshot. That feature makes the onboarding experience smooth and intuitive.
I also appreciate that it is offered as a one-time purchase instead of another subscription. Wishing you great traction and well-deserved success!

@kirill_krygin Thank you for such detailed feedback, I’m really glad you already tried the app and liked it. I hope it will be useful for you.

Subscription Day²
@curiouskitty To avoid adding subscriptions manually, the app has 6 quick import options that cover most services. To be honest, subscription prices do not change very often, but there is a feature that lets you keep a price history so statistics and predictions stay accurate.
Next month another killer feature is coming that I have been building for the last six months. It is an email integration for fast subscription detection plus a fully automated flow that adds new subscriptions to the calendar. Most importantly, it does not rely on external AI and all processing happens locally and securely directly on your device.

Congrats on the launch!! 🎉 🎉

congrats on the launch @dmitriychuta !!!
as someone with a lot of subscriptions i honestly forgot about… this is amazingly useful!
and i kind of hate it as someone who sells a subscription product 😂
Subscription Day²
@bdzhel Thank you for the support. Yes, we have a lot of subscriptions in our lives now, so a tool like this is needed to keep them under control.
I intentionally did not make the app subscription based, because it would be strange for an app that helps fight them 😅
