This is perfect for marketers and writers! Sometimes AI-written content feels just a bit off—excited to see how this helps refine it. Does it support different languages?
Such a timely idea. AI-generated content is everywhere. So having a reliable way to detect becomes an important task (also for own text 🙃).
A few refinements with score & UX could make it even better.
And, a Chrome extension would be a game-changer for daily use!

This looks super useful! With AI-generated content flooding the internet, having a quick and reliable way to check authenticity is a game changer. I love that your tool is simple, free, and privacy-conscious.
The instant feedback & quick tips feature is especially interesting! Does it provide suggestions on how to rewrite text to make it sound more human, or just highlight AI-generated parts?
Excited to give it a try—thanks for sharing this with the community! 🔥

Update 12 June 2025:
🚀 So we just made our free AI Detector way better at telling human writing from AI stuff.
🤓 Some nerdy stuff for those interested: we seriously boosted our ROC AUC - basically the metrics that show how well our model can tell the difference between the two types of content (human vs AI). Not just whether the model makes mistakes, but how well the model “sees the difference” between these two classes, even when the task is difficult.
And honestly, telling apart human vs AI writing is really tough these days. Our data science team worked their magic! 🪄
📈 So, ROC has jumped to 86%, meaning that AI Detector can now distinguish between AI and human-written texts much more effectively.
When we put together the validation set, we used data from different sources and domains, all written before 2022 (pre-LLM boom).
