@jaydev13 Thanks! Currently, the behavior of the AI client depends on many parameters, such as previous calls from sales rep, information about their company, and specific skills being trained. At the same time, we support the ability to manually edit training scenarios if necessary.

@vik_sh Thanks! Each training scenario is tailored to a specific sales rep and a specific skill. Advanced sales reps may have fewer gaps in their skills, but even if they do, the training scenarios will take them into account.

Are recordings automatically deleted after a set time?

@olegivanov247 It really depends on the calls the team had previously done. If there is a lot of calls (=data) we are able to auto create high quality roleplays, no effort is required from the client.
