@precious_collins1 The main USP of WhatsForm is that businesses get form responses from customer's genuine WhatsApp number. Followups can be done easily. Most small businesses only need this much instead of complex workflows & CRMs. Having said that we are planning to add email notifications, responses in our dashboard and integrations in future 🤟
