Spreadsheets have really become a universal language. I've built some pretty complex dashboards before (I used to work at a highly matrixed company where project coordination was both an artform and a nightmare) and whenever we had to get something unstuck we ended up reverting to a spreadsheet for visibility and tracking. I think it had something to do with the simplicity of spreadsheets and the fact that everyone knew how to use it. Every other specialized team dashboard required some level of onboarding to understand what we were looking at, and that's awesome for day-to-day tasks on the team, but really difficult for cross-team coordination. Long story short - I'm super excited about this powered up spreadsheet.
